- Client-server application using the Sybase database, user side runs under Windows environment.

- Weekly overview - well-arranged display of actual and planned service calls defined in selected week.
- Weekly overview also shows which technician is on vacation, is ill, etc.
- Each service call can be executed by one or more technicians, they can repair one or more customer's products.
- Maintain the list of customers, technicians, products, ...
- Product repairs history.
- Contracts, automatic creation of service calls according to contract definition.
- Send the requests for service call to technicians in form of SMS message or e-mail.
- Creation the invoice according to service call data.

- Multilanguage (Czech, English, Polish).
- Search, sort, filters, print or export to MS Excel functions.
